How Weird Street Fair takes place in the Soma district in San Francisco. This was their 23rd year of weirdness. I have attended How Weird a couple of times. However this year was different because I got to photograph and see the fair from a very different perspective. I had the chance to stop and enjoy all the Dj’s stages, and admire every single detail about the stages, and of course their amazing music. I got to connect with a lot of the local artists who were selling their creative, unique, colorful and weird art. My favorite thing about this street fair was admiring and capturing really creative costumes. I think putting a costume/outfit together it's a piece of art ,because it takes a lot of thought and effort to put something together and make it look electric, edgy, glamorous, and weird. So if you like weirdness, dancing , connecting with people, appreciating art, and are not afraid to get out of your comfort zone. Then it's time for you to take a trip to the How Weird Street Fair.
